TECHNICAL FEATURES AND SERVICES
Launched in 2023, the project is conceived as a unified system in which architecture and interior design merge in a continuous dialogue with the surroundings. The spaces are designed to foster a constant relationship with light, water, and the landscape, also thanks to the large glazed surfaces that dissolve the boundary between inside and outside.
At the heart of the villa lies the living area, conceived as a continuous open space connecting the living room, kitchen, and dining area. Located on the first floor, in the highest part of the site, it allows the landscape to become an integral part of the dwelling. The warm tones of the materials, the wooden surfaces, natural textures, and integrated lighting accompany the gaze and create an intimate, welcoming, and elegant atmosphere.
On the ground floor, the house becomes more enclosed: here the sleeping area includes two bedrooms opening directly onto the outdoor space, establishing a quiet dialogue with the body of water from which the pool takes shape — an element that defines and organizes the entire external area. Next to the bedrooms, a relaxation area with a small fitness zone completes this level: a private space, with independent access, designed to ensure privacy without interfering with the more intimate living areas.
ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY
Throughout the design process, the relationship with the natural context guided every decision. Respect for the protected area — preserved and enhanced — together with careful attention to sustainability shaped the project, resulting in an architecture that is conscious and deeply connected to its place.
