Parma TV and press have given great prominence to Studio Apostoli’s project for the construction of a “Citadel of Wellness”, a residential area of over 16,000 square meters designed to ensure prosperity for people and the community.
The work promoted by the Allodi Company involves the construction of an urban area on the outskirts of Parma, in a cohesive and lively social context, which will include private homes accompanied by a series of innovative services, a residence for the elderly and a widespread park to improve the socialization and well-being of the inhabitants.
I accepted with great enthusiasm the assignment for this project – architect Alberto Apostoli comments – immediately sensing its innovative character and the potential in terms of well-being for people and the environment, a theme that, in the light of current events , must be faced not only in words, but with concrete actions like this one
