ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY

The special aspect of the house undoubtedly concerns its very high energy performance, achieved thanks to a state-of-the-art technological system. This system transforms the villa into an active building, i.e. the energy produced exceeds that consumed, and zero-emission, as only electricity is used and no gas is used.

The project stems from the client’s desire to realise an environmentally friendly building and, at the same time, conceived from well-proportioned architectural forms fitted together with knowledge and skill. The villa stands out for its essential style and for the combination of contemporary architecture and typical local elements. In compliance with local guidelines, in fact, the building has a pitched roof and no large glazed areas.
