TECHNICAL FEATURES AND SERVICES
Sustainability, innovation, territorial focus and performance are the key words on which the work was developed, aiming at personal care through the ex-novo design of twelve thematic areas on seven floors, in each of which water is made available to the user as a foundational element. Therapies, also intended for families, offer services such as phototherapy, sensory stimulation, misting and thermal baths. The water experience area is complemented by medical SPA, wellness pathways, outdoor pool, whirlpools, panoramic sauna and Thermae Romanae of clear classical inspiration. The fitness area, which also includes rehabilitation solutions, offers a wide range in its offerings, suitable for amateur or professional training, thanks to the use of innovative technologies, including virtual reality. The beauty area and nutrition-focused department are then juxtaposed with rooms dedicated to spiritual care, mindfulness and meditation, indoor and outdoor. Finally, the complex is completed by the preventive and diagnostic medicine part with operating and inpatient rooms, the retail area, the F&B area with the restaurant-bar, the 70-seat conference room and the office sector.
ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY
The entire project is based on the sustainable development goals inspired by the UN 2030 Agenda, from those oriented toward the individual (improving the health and well-being of individuals, promoting gender equality), to those toward the land (encouraging lasting economic growth, responsible industrialization) and the planet, through the use of clean energy and a responsible model of resource production and consumption.
