Civitas Bella is the concept for a town center that develops, around its central square, a series of structures such as residences, hotels, and stores, as well as galleries, laboratories, and museum spaces. It represents the essential Italian style mixed with the use of locally sourced materials and the involvement of Omani companies in the construction and management phase. From this perspective, the project has been designed specifically as a tool for economic growth and the overall development of the country.
