The Future of Architecture Takes Centre Stage at Villa Fenaroli
Architecture Insights Forum 2025 is an exclusive event dedicated to the future of architecture. The first edition, taking place on 8 May at Villa Fenaroli in Brescia, aspires to immediately establish itself as a key reference point for architects, designers, engineers, and real estate professionals. The forum offers a rich, multidisciplinary programme of discussions focused on the most relevant topics in contemporary design, with particular attention to the changes currently reshaping the industry. The event will feature four distinct topics:
CLIMATE – addressing climate change and exploring approaches and materials for resilient, sustainable buildings.
ECONOMY – analysing market dynamics and strategies for sustainable growth in the real estate sector.
INNOVATION – highlighting innovative technologies and the digital transformation of construction and design.
PSYCHOLOGY – exploring the integration of space and human well-being, including how neuroscience applied to architecture can improve quality of life.
Filippo Manzini, Chief Operating Officer, and Gianluca Rossin, Senior Project Manager at Escape Design – a brand within the Apostoli Group dedicated to integrated design – will attend the event and actively participate in the panel discussions, contributing to the dialogue on these vital topics. Held under the patronage of major institutions and in media partnership with Domus, the event will host exclusive discussions between internationally renowned speakers and industry experts, offering a perfect blend of inspiration, strategic vision, and practical insight.
The CLIMATE panel will feature Luca Mercalli (Climatologist) and Federico Filippo Oriana (President of ASPESI), while the PSYCHOLOGY panel will include Vittorio Gallese (Neuroscientist) and Davide Ruzzon (Director of TA Tuning ARCH and the NAAD Master’s Programme at IUAV Venice). Both panels will be moderated by Walter Mariotti, Editorial Director of Domus. The ECONOMY topic will feature Ilaria Fornari (Strategist at EUROMOBILIARE ADVISORY SIM) and Luca Dondi Dall’Orologio (Executive Board Member at Nomisma). Rounding out the INNOVATION topic will be Piergiorgio Grossi (Chief Innovation & Data Officer at CREDEM Bank) and Elza Bontempi (Professor at the University of Brescia), with moderation by Edoardo Vigna (Senior Editor at Corriere della Sera).
At the end of each session, leading companies in architecture and construction will take part in roundtable discussions, providing valuable insights, case studies, and innovative solutions for tackling the evolving challenges within the industry. The day will conclude with a keynote address by Anouk Legendre, co-founder of XTU Architects, who is internationally recognised for her visionary approach to design that integrates biotechnology, ecology, and urban development.
