Spread over an area of 1,800 square metres, the villa stands directly on the beach of Lake Garda and is characterised by the continuity between the exterior and interior spaces. Traditional materials blend with contemporary details and the most innovative technologies, in a stylistic unicum with a strong scenographic impact.

This prestigious private villa is located in a historic building dating back to the 14th century, which has always been used as an inn for wayfarers and was converted into a restaurant in the last century. Today, Escape’s intervention aims to create a residential environment with a modern design, but attentive to the historicity of the place and its emotional values.
