TECHNICAL FEATURES AND SERVICES
The office, designed to foster communication and socialization between employees and clients, is organized around a large, enveloping central space that is intentionally concave toward the client. The operational desk dominates the environment: made from Tivoli travertine by local artisans, it accommodates eight workstations. Facing the desk is a glass wall featuring a water blade that flows over the surface of the glass, connecting the executive office with the operational room. The lighting design includes the installation of RGB light fixtures paired with a DALI system that can manage scenarios compatible with the operation of the monitors placed on the main backdrop, as well as programmed scenarios directly controllable by the client.
ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY
The ecological heating system in the main office is managed through a bio-ethanol fireplace.
CONSTRUCTION TECHNIQUES
The project incorporates elements typical of wellness areas: water, fire, light, nature, and noble materials such as wood, glass, and stone. Each element is optimized to ensure maximum comfort, aiming to create a space where individuals can reconnect with themselves and their relationships with others. This project represents the expansion of wellness into other design fields while maintaining coherence in the approach to the specific theme, mediated by the essential and operational functions that different spaces must serve.
